The bed sheets had a yellow stain. Spent 4 nights and towels or bed sheets were not changed. There’s an awful smell from the bathroom and hallway. Morning breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful and location was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Aurum Uffizi. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The food was always fresh and enjoyable. Even though the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, the area felt very safe and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax during my holiday. Highly recommended!

Great location and hard to beat view. We stayed in the presidential suite but the bath tub drain wasn’t connected and so when my wife let the drain out, water went everywhere. They were apologetic and fixed it right away but for that kind of money, attention to detail is pretty important.

For our first time in Florence, the staff was exceptionally accommodating. They directed us to everything we needed at every turn. The hotel restaurant had a fantastic breakfast buffet! Overall this was a very memorable family vacation and much of it had to do with the hotel amenities and staff!
